Refund Policy

Unused purchase, within 14 days — refunded, no argument. If you bought something and have not equipped or used it, ask and it is returned.

Already equipped or used — normally not refunded, because it was delivered and used as intended.

Charged in error, charged twice, or never received it — refunded, always, however long it has been. That is a mistake, not a refund request.

Cosmetics are delivered straight away rather than after a waiting period. At checkout you consent to that immediate delivery.

In the EU and UK, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not survive a digital item being delivered immediately with your express consent, and by completing checkout you acknowledge losing it. The 14-day window in section 1 is offered anyway, by choice.

Cancel at any time and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Cancelling part-way through a month does not refund that month.

Everything already unlocked stays yours. Months already supported are permanent and any rank reached from them does not regress.

A renewal charged after you cancelled, or one you did not intend, is refunded in full.

A cosmetic you have equipped and worn. Time spent playing. In-game currency or items — none of which can be bought with real money in the first place.

Purchases on an account removed for cheating or abuse: unused items within the window are refunded, used ones are not.

Regret that the game changed. Balance is adjusted regularly and that is not a fault in what you bought — a cosmetic looks the same regardless.

Email REPLACE ME — support@yourdomain with the email you paid with and roughly when. Your squad name helps. No particular form of words is needed.

Requests are answered within 5 working days, and most are same-day.

Payments are taken by REPLACE ME — Paddle or Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them and appear on the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Please email before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is usually quicker, and almost every dispute turns out to be a question that could have been answered.

A chargeback raised without contact first suspends purchasing on the account and may remove items bought with the disputed payment. That is not a punishment for wanting your money back — it is that a reversed payment takes the item with it.

If BLCKSITE closes permanently, active subscriptions are cancelled and any unused portion of the current period is refunded. Cosmetics already unlocked are not refunded — they were delivered and used.

Reasonable notice would be given through the game before that happened.
