Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. One person, one account — additional accounts used to feed resources, gain an advantage in combat, or inflate clan activity are not permitted and are the most common reason an account is removed.

You are responsible for anything done through your account, including by someone you share it with.

Do not do any of the following:

Use bots, scripts, or automation to play for you. Exploit a bug rather than reporting it — if something is obviously giving you resources it should not, using it repeatedly is a choice. Interfere with the servers. Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the game. Harass other players in chat, on profiles, or in clan channels.

Where an exploit has moved balances, those changes may be reversed. Where the gain was large or deliberate, the account may be removed.

Purchases unlock cosmetic items — calling cards and titles. They change how your profile looks and nothing else. They do not affect combat, rewards, progression, or any other outcome in the game.

In-game currencies and items — Money, Gold Bars, Solo Valor, War Points, materials, weapons, vehicles — cannot be bought with real money and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred off the account.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that cosmetic in the game. You do not own the artwork, and the licence lasts as long as the game runs.

Once you have bought the supporter unlock, every cosmetic you have earned or bought stays usable, whether or not you make any further purchase.

Some cosmetics are only obtainable during a limited period or while supporting the game. That restricts how you get them, never whether you keep them.

Payments are processed by REPLACE ME — Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record and the seller for your purchase. Their terms apply to the transaction itself, and your card details are never seen or stored by this game.

This is a live game run by one person. Numbers get rebalanced, features are added and removed, and things that were strong become weaker. That is not a fault in the service and it is not grounds for a refund of currency or items you have already used.

Cosmetics are the exception: an item you have unlocked will not be taken away from you.

You can stop playing at any time and ask for your account to be deleted — see the Privacy Policy.

Accounts may be suspended or removed for breaking section 1 or 2. Where that happens after a purchase, unused purchases within the refund window will be refunded; cosmetics already used will not.

The game is provided as it is. It may go down, lose data, or contain bugs. No promise is made that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and no promise is made that it will run forever.

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to the game is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the game through the dev updates panel. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of REPLACE ME — your state and country.
